THE BRIEF
Hard to Beat in Court. Harder to Find Online.
Over 50 years of verdicts and referrals had made Rice & Kendig one of Northwest Louisiana's most trusted personal injury firms. But referrals alone do not fill a pipeline. Their website was dated, local search visibility was inconsistent, and strong demand from Spanish-speaking clients was not being captured.
The firm came to Grow Law with a clear goal: build a digital system that generates 20-plus qualified leads a month and lays the groundwork for expansion beyond Louisiana.

Initial Discovery
Gaps the Audit Surfaced Quickly
Rice & Kendig had the local credibility and the legal record. What they lacked was a digital presence that reflected either. The audit identified four areas where the firm was losing ground it should have been winning.
- A Website Losing Ground in Search
The site was dated and poorly optimised, ranking low for the searches prospective clients were running. Competitors were capturing that audience instead. - Single Office, Multi-location Competition
While competitors had expanded to multiple office locations, Rice & Kendig operated from one site. That made search visibility more important, not less, and the current setup did not compensate for it. - Spanish-Language Support Not Being Found
The firm offered Spanish-speaking assistance, a meaningful differentiator in its market. It was not surfaced where it could attract the clients most likely to value it. Inconsistent NAP listings across directories were also weakening local search signals. - Response Delays Were Costing Inquiries
Inefficiencies in how incoming inquiries were handled meant some prospective clients did not receive a timely response. Intake improvements were as important as growing the top of the funnel.
BUILDING A CASE
Decades of Trust, Finally a Digital Presence
We rebuilt the firm's digital foundation around lead quality, not just visibility, while laying groundwork for expansion into Texas.
- Website Rebuild and Conversion Optimization
Built a fast, mobile-first site with clear messaging and contact flows engineered to turn visitors into booked consultations. Implemented a guided path from first search to scheduled call. +701% conversion rate - SEO and Local Visibility
Corrected inconsistent NAP listings, strengthened the backlink profile, and optimized the Google Business Profile for local and Spanish-language search. Stronger local visibility - AI Search and Targeted Campaigns
Optimized content and structure to surface in AI-generated answers and AI Overviews. Ran coordinated PPC around motor-vehicle-accident and high-intent practice keywords. Higher-intent inquiries - Multi-State Expansion Groundwork
Began development of a satellite site to support the firm's planned growth into Texas, creating the search infrastructure for the next stage. +537% qualified leads
